Here are some of our favorite Ginger Beer Syrup cocktail recipes.

When making Pickett's Ginger Beer mix, add 5 parts soda water to 1 part Pickett's syrup, always stir or roll into another glass, as the syrup may settle if not mixed properly.

 

Pickett's Charge

1 oz Rye Whiskey

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Lemon wedge

Combine all liquid ingredients in a collins glass or a copper mug over ice, squeeze lemon wedge, stir, enjoy!

 

Moscow Mule

1 oz Vodka

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Lime Wedge

Combine all liquid ingredients in a collins glass or a copper mug over ice, squeeze lime wedge, stir, Na zdorovje!

 

Bourbon Mule

1 oz Bourbon

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Combine all liquid ingredients in a collins glass or a copper mug over ice, Getty Up!

 

Mezcal Mule

1 oz Mexcal(smoked tequila)

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Orange wedge for garnish

Combine all liquid ingredients in a collins glass or a copper mug over ice, squeeze orange wedge, stir, Salud!

 

Bee Sting

1 oz Honey Whiskey

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's #3 Hot n' Spicy Ginger Beer Syrup

garnish with a orange or lemon.

Combine all liquid ingredients in a highball glass or a copper mug over ice, add garnish, stir, feel the sweet burn!

 

Darker Storm

1 oz Dark or Spiced Rum

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Lime wedge

Combine all liquid ingredients in a highball glass or a copper mug over ice, squeeze lime wedge, stir, Irie mon!

 

Ginger Paloma

1 oz Tequila or Mezcal(we like Reposado)

2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer

1/2 oz Grapefruit soda or fresh juice(We prefer the soda)

Lime wedge

Combine tequila and ginger beer in highball glass with ice, stir.  Top with grapefruit soda or juice. Arriba!

 

Back Country Burro

1 oz Tequila (we prefer anejo)

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Orange wedge

Combine all liquid ingredients in a highball glass or a copper mug over ice, squeeze orange wedge, stir, buenos!

 

Ginger Mojito

1 oz light rum

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

2-3 mint leaves

1/4 oz fresh lime juice

Lime wedge

Muddle ginger beer syrup into mint leaves and add all liquid ingredients over ice, garnish with lime wedge, cheers!

 

The PB Special

1 oz Bourbon

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

2 cucumber slices

2 jalepeno slices(to spice preference)

Lime wedge

Muddle ginger beer syrup into cucumber and jalepeno slices, add remaining liquid ingredients over ice, squeeze lime wedge, kick back!

 

The Maritime Mule

1 oz Vodka

2.5 oz coconut water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

Lime wedge

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice, stir, hydrate!

 

Mule Driver

1 oz Vodka

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

1 oz orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice, stir, shine!

 

Pickett's Spicy Peach

1 oz Peach Vodka

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's #3 Hot n' Spicy Ginger Beer Syrup

Lime wedge

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice, stir, smile!

 

Ginger Beer Shandy

9 oz of your favorite, lager, pilsner, or ale(in the fall try it with a pumpkin ale!)

3 oz of Pickett's Ginger Beer soda ( make a batch of 1oz syrup, 5oz soda water, but only use 3 ounces )

In a 12 oz pint glass, combine beer with Ginger Beer, and chill the funk out!

 

Pickett's Picnic Punch (Triple P)

16 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup ( We like to use 8oz Medium, 8oz Spicy)

36 oz of grapefruit soda

44 oz of soda water

1 cucumber, sliced thin

1 lime, wedged

Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart jug with a snap top to hold the carbonation, Take to a party, serve over vodka or light rum and ice, garnish with lime, and throw a party.  

 

Backyard Barker (Lounger)      

5 dashes Peach Bitters

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz fresh watermelon juice

1/2 oz red raspberry puree

8-10 mint leaves - torn 

1.5 oz soda water                         

3/4 oz Picketts #3 Ginger Beer Syrup

1.5 oz Gin      

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, then pour into a glass, put your feet up.

 

Kamm's Cup (Pimm's - Pickett Style)

2 oz Pimm's No. 1 

2.5 oz soda water

1/2 oz Pickett's #3 Ginger Beer Syrup

2 oz lemonade

2 cucumber slices

2 lemon slices

In a glass, muddle cucumber and lemon slices, combine all liquid ingredients to glass, fill with ice, and have a jolly good time.

 

Spicy Shirley (Shirley Temple - NA)

1 oz Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup

5 oz soda water

3 oz 50/50 or Squirt, or any grapefruit soda with lime.

1 oz grenadine

Mix all ingredients in a glass, over ice, and serve to the kids.

 

Kicked up Tea or Lemonade or other Mocktail(NA)

add 1 oz of Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup to 8 oz of unsweetened tea or lemonade, the sugar in the syrup will sweeten it for you and give it a little ginger kick!

Add1 oz of Pickett's Ginger Beer Syrup to your favorite flavored sparkling soda, or muddled some fruit in it...  This product is very versatile, feel free to send us your recipe ideas, if we like it, we'll post online and give you all the credit!
