I LOVE GINGER!!!! I have always had a hard time finding ginger ale /beer that actually tastes like ginger. When I do find it, it's so expensive that I frequently don't buy it, or I buy very little. With Picketts Ginger Beer syrup, it is the best of everything. I get a ginger ale that is as strong as I want it, and the price can't be beat. It makes a wonderful ginger chicken as well. Thank you Pickett's...you have made me a very happy person!!!

In a copper cup, I use about 1/2 oz. of this syrup, 2 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. lime juice, and then top it off with club soda. It's the best.

This ginger beer syrup is excellent, and is made with cane sugar - a big plus! It has quite a bite, so if you like spicy ginger beer this is highly recommended. I try every brand of ginger beer that I can get my hands on, but now I keep my fridge and pantry stocked with Pickett's syrup.
